Pet Policy

We welcome dogs or cats under 50lbs with proper registration and prior management approval. Each resident is allowed one pet, and there's a maximum of two pets per unit. Additionally, there is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent (per pet), the specific amounts of which may vary and can be provided upon request. Please note that aggressive breeds, including but not limited to Akita, American Staffordshire, American Pitbull terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman, Husky, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid, are not permitted.
